TERMS
BOOKING POLICY
A "pencil" reservation, where you enquire about availability and provisionally book the Studio and Facilities for a period of time. We may inform you at any time to either convert to confirmed booking status or we will remove your pencil status. Failure to confirm your booking within 24 hours of us informing you of this entitles us to cancel your pencil reservation.
A "confirmed booking", which secures the specified time and facilities. Upon our acceptance of a confirmed booking, it becomes subject to the cancellation terms applicable. Confirmation must be supplied in writing by an authorized representative of the Production Company, and the Purchase Order signed and the Booking Fee, (if applicable, see below) paid. It is the responsibility of the person making the booking to ensure that the duration booked is adequate for the purpose intended. Verbal confirmation may be accepted provided that it is followed up in writing within 24 hours.
PLEASE NOTE: A Booking Fee of 25% is required for any confirmed booking made more than 60 working days in advance. Should you cancel (subject to the cancellation policy below) this will be refunded to you in full if we are able to resell the time.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Weekly Bookings:
A "confirmed" booking is considered to be the total number of weeks on your PO, booked as a block, and cannot be cancelled on a week by week basis. It is subject to the following cancellation fees:
100%: Less than 20 working days notice
75%: More than 20 working days but less than 40 working days notice
50%: More than 40 working days notice but less than 60 working days notice
25%: More than 60 working days notice.
Daily Bookings:
A "confirmed" booking is considered to be the total number of days (or hours for ADR bookings) on your PO, booked as a block. It is subject to the following cancellation fees:100%: Less than 24 hours notice
50%: More than 24 hours but less than 48 hours notice
0%: More than 48 hours notice
If you have to cancel any of your "confirmed" bookings and we manage to sell it to another client, we will not charge you a cancellation fee. If we do not re-sell the time at the same rate as stated on your purchase order, we will charge you the difference.
